When a project board item moves to a status like 'Delivered' or 'Approved,' we use a Make scenario to create a draft invoice in QuickBooks with the client name, project details, and amount pulled from Monday.com columns. This removes a manual billing step and gives the finance team a consistent trigger to work from.
HubSpot deal stage to Monday.com project kickoff
When a deal reaches 'Closed Won' in HubSpot, we trigger the creation of a new project board item or full subitem set in Monday.com, pre-populated with the client name, deal value, and expected close date.
