Get a Claude expert working inside your account

You already know Claude can handle the heavy lifting. The problem is finding the hours to build the prompts, organize the projects, and keep everything running. Trusty Oak's fractional specialists work directly inside your Claude account to build, maintain, and document the workflows your team actually relies on. You define the outcomes, we do the work.

What our team does with Claude

Concrete work our fractional specialists take on inside your Claude account. No vague promises.

Build and refine prompt libraries for your specific use cases

We write, test, and version-control prompt sets tailored to your business context, whether that is drafting client communications, summarizing research, or generating structured outputs. Prompts are documented in a format your team can reuse without needing to start from scratch. Each prompt is tested against real inputs before it goes into regular use.

Configure and organize Claude Projects for team workflows

We set up Claude Projects with the right custom instructions, uploaded context files, and naming conventions so outputs stay consistent across conversations. Project-level system prompts are written to reflect your brand voice, formatting preferences, and any constraints your team needs enforced. We document each project's purpose so new team members can pick it up without a learning curve.

Audit existing Claude usage and identify gaps or redundancies

If your team has been using Claude ad hoc, we review what prompts and projects exist, identify what is producing inconsistent results, and flag where effort is being duplicated. The audit produces a prioritized list of fixes and a clear picture of where structured workflows would save the most time. This is typically the first step in our onboarding process.

Integrate Claude outputs into your existing tools and processes

We connect Claude to the rest of your stack using tools like Zapier, Make, or direct API calls, so outputs land where your team already works, whether that is Notion, Google Docs, Slack, or your CRM. This includes building the logic that passes the right context into Claude and routes the response to the right destination. We test each integration end-to-end before handing it off.

Maintain and update workflows as your needs change

Prompts degrade when your products, tone, or processes shift. We monitor output quality, update system prompts when something stops performing, and revise project instructions when your business context changes. Ongoing maintenance is included in your monthly hours so nothing goes stale without someone catching it.

Migrate content and context from other AI tools into Claude

If you are moving workflows from ChatGPT, Gemini, or a custom GPT setup, we translate your existing prompts and system instructions into Claude-compatible formats and rebuild any logic that does not transfer directly. We document what changed and why, so you understand the differences between your old setup and the new one. Migration work includes a validation step to confirm outputs match your expectations.

How Trusty Oak supports Claude workflows

How the Claude handoff works

During onboarding, your dedicated Client Success Manager reviews any Claude Projects, prompts, or integrations you already have in place and identifies where the biggest gaps are. From that audit, we build a Strategic Delegation Plan that prioritizes the Claude workflows most likely to save your team time in the first 30 days. Your specialist works inside your Claude account using access you control, documents every prompt and project configuration in a shared workspace, and checks in with you before publishing anything new. You own every asset we create, and nothing is treated as done until you have approved it.

Common Claude workflows we build

A few of the most common workflows our team has deployed with Claude.

1

Raw research notes to formatted client-ready report

A specialist uploads source documents or pastes research notes into a Claude Project with a custom formatting prompt, producing a structured report in your preferred template. The output is reviewed, lightly edited, and delivered to the client without the hours of manual formatting.

2

New support ticket to drafted response to inbox

Using Make or Zapier, incoming support tickets trigger a Claude API call that drafts a response based on your product documentation and tone guidelines stored in the system prompt. The draft lands in a review queue in Gmail or Help Scout before it is sent, keeping a human in the loop without starting from a blank page.

3

Sales call transcript to CRM summary and follow-up email

A recorded call transcript is passed to Claude with a prompt that extracts key pain points, next steps, and deal details, then formats them as a CRM note and a follow-up email draft. Both outputs are routed to the rep via Slack or email so they can review and send within minutes of the call ending.

4

Weekly content brief to five platform-specific post drafts

A single content brief is fed into a Claude Project configured with your brand voice, audience personas, and platform formatting rules, producing separate drafts for LinkedIn, email, and other channels in one pass. A specialist reviews for consistency, makes edits, and loads the approved drafts into your scheduling tool.

5

Internal policy document to employee FAQ knowledge base

Existing policy documents are uploaded to a Claude Project, and a specialist uses a structured prompt to extract and reformat the content as a searchable FAQ. The output is published to Notion or Confluence and updated each time the source document changes, so the FAQ never falls out of sync.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, your specialist needs access to your Claude account to work inside your Projects and build prompts on your behalf. Most clients share access through a dedicated team seat or a secure password manager like 1Password. You retain full ownership of the account and can revoke access at any time.
Your monthly hours cover both new build work and maintenance of existing prompts and projects. When a prompt starts producing inconsistent results or your business context changes, your specialist updates it and logs what changed. You are not billed separately for fixes, and unused hours roll over each month.
Claude is a strong fit for long-context reasoning, document analysis, nuanced writing tasks, and workflows that require careful instruction-following. If your use case is primarily image generation, real-time web search, or deep integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, your Client Success Manager will tell you honestly during onboarding if a different tool would serve you better. We work with a range of AI tools and do not have a reason to push Claude if it is not the right fit.
After your onboarding call and the completion of your Strategic Delegation Plan, most clients have a specialist actively working in their account within the first week. The one-time $300 onboarding fee covers the setup process, including the audit and roadmap, so your first billable hours go toward actual build work.
Everything built inside your Claude account stays in your account. Your specialist also maintains documentation of every prompt, project configuration, and integration in a shared workspace you own, so you are not dependent on us to understand or continue using what was built. There is no proprietary system that locks you in.
