Your specialist works inside your Kapwing workspace using an invite you send, and all files, projects, and exports remain in your account. You can revoke access at any time. Trusty Oak does not store your video assets or project files on any external system.

Is this a one-time project or ongoing support?

Trusty Oak is built for ongoing fractional support, not one-off projects. The initial commitment is three months, after which the engagement is month-to-month. Most clients use their Kapwing specialist on a recurring weekly or biweekly basis tied to their content calendar, with hours rolling over if a production cycle is lighter than expected.

What if I only need a few hours of Kapwing work per month? Is that enough to be worth it?

The minimum monthly talent budget is $1,000, which at the Specialist rate of $50 per hour gives you 20 hours per month. For clients with lighter video output, those hours are often split between Kapwing production work and related tasks like content scheduling, copywriting for video descriptions, or social media coordination.
