Forms & Agreements

Get a Typeform expert working in your account

You already know what you need built in Typeform. The problem is finding the hours to actually build it, test it, and connect it to everything else. Trusty Oak's fractional specialists work directly inside your Typeform workspace, handling everything from initial form architecture to logic branching, integrations, and ongoing maintenance. You stay in control of your account while we do the hands-on work.

What our team does with Typeform

Concrete work our fractional specialists take on inside your Typeform account. No vague promises.

Build Multi-Step Forms with Conditional Logic

We design and build Typeform surveys, lead capture forms, and intake questionnaires using branching logic to route respondents based on their answers. Each form is structured around your specific funnel or data collection goal, not a generic template. You receive a finished, tested form ready to publish or embed.

Configure Hidden Fields and URL Parameters

We set up hidden fields to pass UTM parameters, CRM contact IDs, or referral sources into Typeform responses without cluttering the respondent experience. This ensures every submission arrives with the tracking context your team needs for attribution or personalization. We document the parameter structure so your marketing or dev team can maintain it independently.

Connect Typeform to Your CRM and Automation Stack

We build and test integrations between Typeform and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Airtable, and Zapier so that responses trigger the right downstream actions automatically. This includes field mapping, conditional filters, and error-handling so partial or incomplete submissions are handled cleanly. We verify each integration end-to-end before handing it off.

Audit and Reorganize an Existing Typeform Workspace

If your workspace has accumulated forms built by multiple team members over time, we audit for duplicates, outdated logic, broken integrations, and inconsistent branding. We consolidate and rename forms using a consistent taxonomy, archive what is no longer in use, and produce a workspace map your team can reference. This reduces confusion and makes ongoing management faster.

Set Up Typeform for Client Onboarding or Intake Workflows

We build intake forms that collect the structured information your team needs before a project, appointment, or service engagement begins. This includes file upload questions, payment or agreement acknowledgment steps using Typeform's payment block or linked tools, and confirmation screens with custom redirect logic. The result is a repeatable intake process that does not require manual follow-up.

Migrate Forms from Another Platform into Typeform

If you are moving intake or survey workflows from Google Forms, JotForm, or SurveyMonkey into Typeform, we handle the rebuild so nothing is lost in translation. We recreate question structure, logic, and branding inside Typeform and reconnect any integrations the original form was feeding. We also run a parallel test period to confirm response data is flowing correctly before the old form is retired.

How Trusty Oak supports Typeform workflows

How the Typeform handoff works

During onboarding, your dedicated Client Success Manager reviews your existing Typeform workspace, identifies any forms with broken logic or disconnected integrations, and works with you to prioritize what gets built or fixed first. That audit becomes the foundation of your Strategic Delegation Plan, which maps out the specific Typeform tasks your specialist will own. Your specialist works directly in your account, documents every form, integration, and naming convention they set up, and checks in with you before publishing anything that affects a live workflow. You always retain full ownership of your Typeform account and can see exactly what has been built and why.

Common Typeform workflows we build

A few of the most common workflows our team has deployed with Typeform.

1

New intake submission → HubSpot contact created → onboarding email triggered

When a prospect completes a Typeform intake form, a Zapier or native HubSpot integration creates or updates the contact record, maps custom field responses, and enrolls the contact in an onboarding email sequence. No manual data entry or copy-paste required between form submission and CRM.

2

Lead qualification form → score calculated → routed to sales rep in Slack

We build a Typeform with weighted qualification questions and use Zapier to calculate a score from the responses, then post a formatted summary to the correct Slack channel or send a task to the assigned rep in HubSpot or Asana. High-scoring leads get flagged immediately without anyone reviewing a spreadsheet.

3

Event registration form → Airtable row created → confirmation email sent via Mailchimp

Registrant responses flow from Typeform into a structured Airtable base where your team tracks attendance and logistics, while a separate Zapier step triggers a branded confirmation email through Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign. The Airtable base is set up with views filtered by event date, ticket type, or registration status.

4

Client feedback survey → responses tagged by sentiment → reported in Google Sheets dashboard

We build a post-project or post-purchase feedback form in Typeform and connect it to a Google Sheet that organizes responses by date, client, and rating. Conditional formatting flags low scores so your team can follow up without manually reading every entry. The sheet is structured so you can filter and share results with leadership each month.

5

Job application form → applicant data to Airtable → hiring team notified in email

Typeform collects structured application responses including resume uploads, portfolio links, and screening questions, which are passed into an Airtable hiring tracker with a status column your team updates as candidates move through the process. An automated email notifies the hiring manager immediately when a new application arrives.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, your specialist works directly inside your Typeform workspace using a team member seat or a shared login, depending on your plan level. You retain full ownership of the account and can revoke access at any time. We never move your data outside of the tools you already use without your explicit approval.
Both are options. Some clients bring us in to build a specific form or integration and then manage it themselves. Others keep a specialist on retainer to handle updates, fix broken logic after a product change, add new question branches, or rebuild forms when a workflow evolves. Your monthly hour budget rolls over, so unused hours are not lost if a particular month is light on Typeform work.
Typeform is a strong fit for lead capture, client intake, surveys, and event registration where respondent experience matters. If you need complex multi-signature agreements, a tool like DocuSign or PandaDoc is more appropriate. If you need a high-volume data collection pipeline with deep conditional logic and payment processing, Jotform or Cognito Forms may offer more flexibility at a lower cost. During onboarding, your Client Success Manager will flag if your use case is a poor fit for Typeform before work begins.
Specialist work is billed at $50 per hour and is drawn from your monthly Talent Budget, which starts at $1,000 per month. There is a one-time $300 onboarding fee that covers your Strategic Delegation Plan and initial workspace audit. The initial commitment is three months, after which the engagement is month-to-month.
A straightforward form with basic logic and one integration typically takes two to four hours to build and test. More complex builds involving multi-branch logic, multiple integrations, hidden field configuration, and documentation take longer and are scoped during onboarding. Your specialist will give you a time estimate before starting any significant build so it does not come as a surprise on your invoice.
